If you have heavy items located upstairs or in a specific room that you can't get downstairs, we are happy to assist in bringing them down or removing them, following the necessary safety protocols. However, lighter items must be brought to the front door. This service is available within Carmarthen and a 10-mile radius, including areas like St. Clears, Pontyates, Ferryside, Llanddarog, Nantgaredig, and Pontyberem. If outside areas, contact us via phone each collection will be reviewed on a case-case basis at our discretion. Ensure all donated items fit through the designated door safely, since we can't collect them if they can't. Submit photos of your products and any required fire labels via Facebook Messenger or email prior to any arrangements. Driver/collection team has final say on collecting and may reject unsuitable items. Weather-damaged items left outside won't be collected.
